Want a free t-shirt?  Sign up to be a volunteer!

The Long Beach Razor Clam Festival is organized by the Long Beach Merchants Association and is made possible by our sponsors and all the amazing volunteers that makes things happen. Volunteering is a great way to serve the community, meet new people, and have a great time, too!  There’s a project available for everyone who wants to help make this another great event.

  • Most volunteer shifts are 3-5 hours in length.  You can specify what you’d like to do, and which day, or we can assign you to a project where we need the most help.

  • Volunteers who register in advance will receive a Festival t-shirt. All volunteers will receive a thank you and the thanks of the community.

  • Volunteers must be at least 16 years unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • We work with schools and agencies to qualify you for community service hours.
